[REQ]SH5 Submarine and boat foam trails, wakes and water slides import.

Hi. Would it be possible, by any chance, to import the foam trail of submarines and boats as well as the water sliding effect when the sub surfaces, the ship wakes and , why not, the water texture from SH5 to SH4?

I understand that this would be a major mod project, but is it possible ATM?
