Athlonic's SFWW Mod : Simple Fixes While Waiting for next patch for SH5 v1.1.5

Hi, I've made this little mod to fix some issues with the crew abilities that bugged me.
So I thought it would be nice to share it.
There's already R-T-B's "Morale Mod" that take care of those issues by deactivating all morale costs.
Here is a different approach which keep the morale system's gameplay.
Which file has been modded ? : data\UPCDataGE\UPCCrewData\SpecialAbilities.upc
What's modded ? :
- Gain more morale with the Cook special meal without the negative effect on all other passive bonuses
* Level 1 : +3 points of morale
* Level 2 : +4 points of morale
* Level 3 : +5 points of morale
(Cheating, but it is a workaround for the morale bug on reloading savegames),
- Torpedoman passive and active abilities do no longer modify torpedo's speed (should help with manual TDC (to be tested)),
- Bosun "propaganda" abilitie no longer increase cooldowns of actives abilities so it can now be used safely,
- Manning the Deck/Flak guns no longer costs morale.
Installation:
Extract the archive in "Silent Hunter 5\MODS" folder,
and then activate with JSGME

Warnings:
- it seem's you can install this mod while on patrol without problem, but I still recommand to :
* return to port
* quit the game
* install (or uninstall) mods
* relaunch the game
* reload the "back to port autosave"

Hopefully the next 1.2 patch will fix those issues too and then this mod should be thrown in the abysses of hell without any remors !
