JSGME installs where you put it, which should be in the folder of the game you want to mod. I use it in 3 games, each one has it installed to that game's root folder.

You will have more problems in the long run by having your games in Program Files... that is why it did not try to go there by default. Putting any game you intent to mod, edit or alter into Program Files WILL cause you headaches in the end.

I made the same mistake too. The installer will put it (SH5) on the HD your on.

EXAMPLE... C:\Ubisoft\SH5

Not.. C:\Program Files...

edit: Where the game is installed.

Jsgme will find it.

I have enabled the Controls mod and it says activated.
However it's still all the new keys in the game.

Any idea whats wrong?

Sounds to me like the folder structure inside your MODS folder is incorrect.

De-activate the mod and look at the file structure, mine is

C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS\Command Keys 1.02\data\Cfg\commands.cfg

Make sure it is just like that IN THE MODS FOLDER, then re-activate it.

(I am of course assuming that is the "Controls" mod you mean. Please include actual mod name if it is not, easier to provide help that way.)
