[REL] Remove Into and Logo screens

This will remove the logo and into screens thus loading game faster.
Unzip straight to mods folder (JSGME enabled!).

Just a suggestion (consider it a JSGME useful tip), rather than "replacing" the existing files with 0 byte files (remembering that this caused "black screens" in SH3 for some users), simply use JSGME's "-remove" feature. It's explained in the help file, but essentially what it does is remove the files from the game completely.

thanks...seems gamefront and filefront(i dont know if are the same site) block downloading from a lot of country...mexico too sadly.I have a lot of problem for all other files hosted in gamefront...alternate link?????sobers green spinning thing, real environment revidsion 3, and dbm backgroun video are in the same situation.....please someone fix this issue...again thanks for the link
