EDIT: This is a mod that replaces your rulertool with the one on the shot above. I've missed it since the old one is crap. Unzip the file into your MODS-directory and enable it with JSGME, (if you've got it).
The zipfile contains nothing but directories and a 32kb tga image, (apart from the evil virus that will delete your savegames, of course).

He, he, he... What a huge misstake by me. I was wondering about to put the eagle upside down, cause it would be the most logical. I compromised it for the looks. Just to go and fall short on such obvious thing... :rock:
