Raised Radar

Hi guys.
I've noticed on a US sub mod that it had an adjustable radar ( Elevates similar to periscope ) using shift and x. I think it was on the OHIO mod.
Can this be easily put on any sub?
If so, please can anyone spread the knowledge and give me some instruction on it.

This makes the SD radar mast extendable for all boats in the game. Taking a look at how it's structured will help you to understand how to do it yourself.
