Question about WB mid patrol radio orders

Hey friends!
I have a quick question about this mod. Do you have to enable the "WB patrol orders-africa,afrika,afrique" with "WB's mid-patrol orders GWX (SH3 Commander)"? Because I don't want to mess with either until I know what to do.

Installation:
This mod is JSGME ready but must be installed in SH3 Commander. If you try and apply it straight to SH3 it will not work. The mod must be installed as follows:
1. Enable 'WB's Mid-Patrol Radio Orders' in SH3 Commander
2. Press F5
3. Enable the relevant 'WB's Patrol Orders' mod

So, enable 'WB's Mid-Patrol Radio Orders' then enable 'WB patrol orders-africa,afrika,afrique' over the top.
