From ReadMe file:

Storm87's OLC-MEP Reworked Scene for GWX

v1.0

This is environmental mod for GWX 2.0, 2.1 or 3.0 GOLD

Some time ago I tested 2 fine mods: 'OLC Environment' and 'M.E.P 2.1',
and my thougts was as follows: OLC's mod have something, which M.E.P
does not have, and likewise. So, why do not mix them for best, most
realistic results?

And this mod is the result.

Of course, without amazing work of the original authors of these files,
this mod would never be released. So, MOST credits to them.

In Optionals folder, You will find some screenes, and Improved Wave Textures mod, for even more eye-candy stormy waves! :) (oryginal author unknown).

JSGME Ready. :)

No, it's 16 km. :) And, I must add, very FPS frendly. :)

Would enabling Hitman's 20K atmosphere after this mod cause any conflicts?

Yes, this mod will be replaced by Hitman's 20K atmosphere :DL

At least I guess, I don't know Hitman's mod. Check the files. If it contains scene.dat and files in Env folder - it will be so.

So... it's pointless to enable one environment mod on other one. Also mixing 16 and 20 km atmosphere files may cause funny things...

You do not have to wait, you can safely enable it during patrol. :)

At least, if you don't have to disable some other mod, whitch is containing others than just Scene.dat and Env files. :)

I'm now working on reducing polygon effect. With dark water and bright reflecions, it's quite strong.

Unfortunately, I'm encountering the same problems as OLC, during his work on OLCE 2.0. :damn:

I hope I'll find any solution.

It is fantastic, and run very smooth, is there any Chance to get a Green Atlantik Version also?:DL

That's a lot of work and testing, I can't promise anything. I also need to rest a bit. Too much modding lately.

Second thought: I think the green atlantic will not match to current lightining, skycolors and reflections, so no chances for it. That would require total remake of pretty much everything. And that's work beyond my spare time and skills. :(

Digging here for interesting atmosphere mods I've found this scene mod.
It looks very good for me, especially colour of water is IMHO very close to real. I'm not fully satisfied with MEP (too much ink colour), with stock GWX (too bright) or with SH5 Water (too dark).
Do you use this mod?

You can use MEP with vanilla reflections optional or MEP green. Not so inky and very pretty.

You have right, I do exactly as you said - now I'm trying MEP v5 with green water. It looks definitly better for me than stock MEP v5.
But checking all MEP versions I think the best (for me of course, de gustibus non disputandum est) dark blue natural water colour has MEP v3, later versions are too inky for me.
