Can't get SH Commander to start in 1940

Hello!

Got back to playing SHIII GWX3.0Gold after an absence of some months.:DL

Decided to make use of SH Commander but found the same problem as I had experienced a year or so ago. I could not change the start year to anything more recent than 1939. I tried manually changing some of the SHCommander cfg files but that didn't help.

So, I downloaded the most recent version (again) which I believe is 3.2. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the new. Then I added the SH Cfg fix files for GWX3.0. Still same result: every new career can only start in 1939.

I don't even know what the year selector should look like. Is it just a menu blank that you can type over the start year "1939" or is there supposed to be a drop down menu with years to chose? All I have is blue-type "1939" which I can't change. (The months change just fine!)

I just realized that the right side of the SH Commander home screen seems to be cut off. I increased the screen resolution and the drop down year selector menu appeared on the right side. :haha:

Apparently SHCommander requires a higher screen resolution than I normally use in XP because of eyesight problems.

Anyway. Problem resolved. Sorry to bother anyone.
