indeed these uniformtype was worn by the KM,but only by the coastal artillery(that's why they used this outfit for max i think).
at least the colar and eaglebackground are in green as they where in the...coastal artillery.

I hope we get a good mix of conversations from the crew. I can see that by my eleventh play through, listening to (insert generic German name here) talk about how much he misses his children and how it is affecting his morale will get very very old.
Also, If a member dies and is replaced, how many replacement stories will there be before I run into the same one again. I could compare it to Oblivions generic phrases whenever you talk to someone not story related, it gets old after a while, and before to long I just stop doing it. Replay factor looks very slim in this area.
Unless you can change/mod your own stories, in which case we can each make our own and trade them around for a truely unique experience. I can see it now....ah cool!.....doh!... lost connection...start over.....dang.;)

as far as i understand from interviews and previews you will not be able to conversate with all of the crew,most of them are eye-candy.
interaction is rstricted to key-function figures(radio- and sonaroperator,the cook and your officers).
as i said,the rest of the crew will be eye(and ear)-candy.
