Harbor Noise dosent work

I'm running 1.5, playing American U.S. side and I noticed that I have no Harbor back ground noise, is there any way to turn it on. I have the original harbor sound file that came with the game, in the sounds folder, and it plays OK when i test it. thanks for any help you can give me. Indy

it's no problem to integrate, just takes some
time.. maybe in the future
