New GWX Install.

Its been a while since I had GWX running on my PC but Im feeling the tug of the Atlantic again,and since SH5 is rapidly turning into a farce,Can the knowledgeable Folks here Remind me of how a fresh install on SH3/GWX is supposed to go?:06:
Also I will be installing SH3Cmdr and SH3Gen if anyone has a link to it?

Havent had SH3 installed since a HD failure
Was gonna wait for SH5 but dont think will bother so just may have find my trusty ole SH3 disc again too
