how to add shipID

[seaplate hitman]

When i use the TMO MOD, There is a ship ID button in the tool bar. i locked one ship ,click the ship ID button ,that we can know the ship's name. Today i use a new tool bar ,but i can not find the button.Gentleman,please tell me how to add the shipID button in new tool bar?
