Where are the flags .TGA files in SH3?

Can somebody point me to the right direction?

The flag files in .DDS format in the SH4 for are in \Data\Textures\TNormal\tex.
Where, the heck, are their equivalents in SH3?

they're included in flag.dat and flagS.dat in the *:\SilentHunterIII\data\Library folder.
