Combining mods

Hi,
Is there any way to add the realistic harbours of Living Silent Hunter with GWX?

I love GWX but the unrealistic terrain has always annoyed me.

Does anyone know if those harbours in LSH3 exist also as a stand alone mod ? I would dearly love to get them into WAC....I love 'em!:up:
