Mod suggstion/query

I was wondering - (perhaps Luke can help clarify on this) if it was possible to alter the number of qualified crewmen available to the sub during in-port refit between patrols in career mode.

As I understand it, it was customary for the fleet boats' crews to be rotated often out of a sub to crew the newly commisioned boats with a cadre of experienced men. Sometimes up to 1/3 of the boat was rotated out.

Also, with a new boat should be an entirely new crew.

Any thoughts?

I wish these two things could be modded, but as it stands they are hard-coded. Your second point is especially aggravating when moving up from an S boat to a fleet sub. Nothing like getting a new submarine and finding out BuPers didn't give you the personnel to man it. :rotfl2:
