Does anybody know what the command for engaging the Walter Turbines is? I tried looking in the Commands.cfg and can't find it there. I would suspect the menu1024_768.ini but have no clue where to start looking in there.:06:

Hehe, thanks TF but I got that part figured out. I'm looking for the command name in particular. I'm trying to see if I can bring the Walther Turbines into 1.4 somehow. I think the only thing I'm missing is the command line to make that happen.

Well I found what I was looking for in the menu_1024_768.ini Now the question is can I copy what I want out of there and paste it at the end of the 1.4 version of the file? Or does it need to be in a specific place within it?

In 1.5 there is an entry in the NSS_Uboat18.sim file called HasHydrogenPeroxidProp (see under unit_Submarine->Ballast->). You could try to use this sim file in your mod.

I already have that done. I still need to tell the game that that command exists.

Thanks Hitman! Found that part and got it into the 1.4 ini. I changed the file path too but it still doesn't show up in game. Anything else you could think of? Would it be possible that I might have to copy over the entire G3F section?:06:

The interface part serves just to "call" something that is previously coded. Whatever UBI did for adding such a propulsion is coded either in the ordinary files you can edit with Silent Editor, or hardcoded in the game exe....

In this last case, there's nothing you can do about it. And I have a guts feeling it will be like that :damn:

Yeah I've arrived at the same conclusion. It must be hard coded because finding any reference to it anywhere is pretty hard.
