Using S3D go to the guns .sim file and under wpn_cannon look for Fire/effect. The ID is the effect from the particles.dat file. I haven't tried it but setting it to 0 which will set it to ID 0x0000000000000000 should give it no smoke.

thanks i have try it now

but when you do 0x0000000000000000 by fire/effect you have not the sound of the gun but it is smokeles

thats cause the sound is tied to the fire effect.
copy the fire/effect value and search for that value in the particles.dat file, it should point to a node such as "$Gun_muzzle_flash".
Now delete all particle generators from that node and the smoke should be gone, while still having sound:up:

BTW, just curious: why do you want to get rid of the smoke?

becourse i ran always on a short distance from a enemy and yes they always shooting back :know: :DL

heb altijd dat de vijand door als ze dicht bij zijn maar speel ook veel met de scheer enzo dus doe het meer voor de grote wapens

maar het werkt darkfish it's working for me
