I found that we didn't have one of the best mods around here at Subsim, so I checked around to make sure, and now you can get them right here!
Rubini's wonderful Water Streams mod:

Racerboy's equally great Exhaust Smoke mod, adapted to work with Water Streams by Philipp Thomsen:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=1496
And the CombiMod that puts them both together in one package:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=1538
Whichever way you go, you're in for a visual feast.
[Edit] Changed the Combi link to the 2.1 version provided by cemtufekci.
[Edit] Changed it again to the 2.3 version provided by h.sie.

Steve,
Do you have evan82's XXI waterstream as well?

It's been up for awhile:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=447
It says GWX2, but I think that like the rest it works with GWX3 as well.

And the KombiMod that puts them both together in one package:

Whichever way you go, you're in for a visual feast.
That's version 1.0. I checked my mods and i saw that mine is version 2.1.
It also includes evan82's XXI waterstream v2. I don't remember when and where I got it but here it is:
http://ifile.it/zgwnuk1
This is newest version of my water stream for XXI submarine, and is compatible with GWX3:

Is there any way of making the squares that appear smaller? and having more of them? for the obvious reason of increasing the "eye candy".
If it's possible how would I go about making it almost look like the smoke texture, and then having really dense layers of it. I'm not afraid of modding the files myself, I just don't know where to start with SH3's file structure. I am using SH3 commander, JonesSoft Mod Enabler and an early GWX.
I understand that doing this may bring some peoples PC'c to there knees, but my rig was put together to handle modern simracing games at 1920x1080, so SH3 is barely making it work for a living!
Keep up the top class work all. :salute:
Hello SailorSteve ,
the most actual version of WaterStream+Exhaust Combi is V2.3 and not V2.1.
Can be found on my mediafire page.....

Okay, version 2.3 is now uploaded to SubSim Downloads:

Thanks, h.sie. And a question: Did you make this? I still have the author listed as "Unknown" and would like to give credit where credit is due.
Hi SS,
yes, but I did only the merging of these mods. but the main work was made by others (Rubini, racerboy, evan82, PT and others). So it would not be nice to have me as the author.

Maybe not in your own eyes, but you did do the merging, so that makes you the author of the 'merged' version.
