shiv + uboat miss. which mods?

Have installed shiv + 1,4 and uboat missions.

Which mods do you advise me?

I do know that there must be a good water mod.

I spend few days testing most popular mods like Operation Monsun, Real Fleet Boat, Fall of Rising Sun and what i can suggest for you is Trigger Maru Overhaul.

I really enjoyed playing Pacific Campaing but i have some thoughts about sub hunters. Imho they can see (actually hear) bit too much and im going to ask TMO vets about it in other topic.

If you want to play as german sub commander, check Operation Monsun. OM is highly developed u-boat mod for true Grey Wolfes :)

Each above-mentioned mod has own environment system with really nice water :)

I'd say get Op monsoon :)

But I must admit I'm very biassed, I don't care to much about the pleasure cruises the American skippers took ;)

Currently I run RFB+OM and OM as a stand alone (two seperate installs) thanks to Wilcke and all others for the help.

I love all the mods TMO, FOTRS, RFB, OM back in the day I used to run 5 different installs.

That aside, as a first time player I would run RFB instead of TMO the escorts can be VERY hard to escape from, 4hrs of real time trying to evade is nothing. :D.

As Apos said every mega like these mentioned have their own env. mod, but if you do go with OM make sure you get OMEGU, it also has a Mediterranean Env. Mod and a Pacific Mod. Just CANNOT run Omegu with any other mod like RFB.
