high frequency sonar

Hello Guys,

(1) can the enemy see or hear me, if i switch the high frequency sonar on?

(2)how can i pick up people with the helo, wich is contolled by the ffg?
because there is one mission, where i have to evacuate a guy and his wife but i dont know how to do it...

1) No, they can't.

2) There is no in-game mechanism for that. So such thing must be done by trigger in the mission. And then it depends on trigger type. I guess it would be simple distance, maybe together with altitude and speed. As you can't control altitude from fig, I guess you just have to get close and stay there.
