Noob needs help in finding a certain mod

Merry Christmas to all Subsim forums members.

I have been play the Gold edition since this game 1st came out
I have SH4 and the add on Uboat missions v1.5 Gold edition installed.
I Don't have any mods installed yet. I want to take the plunge and go swimming in the Japanese backyard by installing some mods.:DL

I have searched with no luck. I an trying to find compatible versions of operation monsun and RSRDC that work together. When I try and download Thur the downloads section for RSRDC. When I click on download from this link a new page will open up with text code instead of a zip file. I can work with zip and rar files, but don't know what to do with the binary code. So I am trying to find a good version of RSRDC and Om. I have downloaded TMO. The zip file works.
I plan to have multi installed versions with different mods to play and Find out which one I like.

Can anyone direct me to a good link for RSRDC.
Much appreciated for any assistance.

Right Click on the mouse to get that menu, from there choose "Save As".

The forum software bork it somehow, this is the only way for me to get downloads.

Or, it could be Opera im using, somehow it thinks that it is a text file but we can read from
the extension it is a 7zip file.

if you are using firefox browser turn it off, some browsers have issues allowing downloads
