View Full Version : Recognition Manual
I've been playing WAC 4.1 for a few weeks and I think it is excellent. If I have any criticism it is that the Recognition Manual only shows ships in full profile (at 90 degrees). Other mods like GWX also show some angled views so as to give an indication of the AOB. I found in some storage DVD's I had the .sil files from WAC 3. Could I safely transfer these into WAC 4.1 without spoiling the manual targeting option? Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't know, but here is a suggestion: Make a JSGME construction of the file and insert via JSGME. If it doesn't work, just deactivate it.
I suspect, however, it will require a lot more work, including working with the unfathomable menu 1024 file.

I'm betting HanSolo did that for WAC on purpose, since the real manuals only showed profiles. The American manuals didn't have angled views either, except they did have some top views.

Hi !
Why do not write your question in the WAC4.1 Thread? Perhaps HanSolo helps you there! Here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=128050&page=44
