Can any of the mods for WAC 3 be used in WAC 4.1? I'm thinking of the rotating aerial mod that retracts it into a well in the tower, also the Real Atlantic mod. Any help would be appreciated.

No, that does not work, and the Real Atlantic MOD is included in WAC4.1. Please read the WAC4.1 Manual from Page 123 !
