Sonar & Snorkel - WHERE ?

Had the U-Boot add on for about a week now and there appears to be a singular lack of snorkel and sonar (that pinging thingy). Are they present, if so where are they and if not (why not) ? AND are we going to get them back anytime soon...please.

there is a mod out there for a snorkel but it doesnt fix co2 levels so its pointless because it doesnt do anything unless you just want to look at it. its a hard coded bug that cant be fixed.
