Question concerning GWX weapon dates?

So can anyone tell me a way to Mod the weapon avaibility dates for SH III? Im currently running GWX 3.0 and SH3 commander. Now i think you guys did a great job with GWX! no complaints what so ever! Kudos gentlemen! But now in my days of whating for SHV im just wanting to change things up a bit with SH3. So is it possible to change the dates at whice you can get new weapons for your sub? Say you want a 37mm flack gun in early 1941 or a pattern-homing torpeadoe in early 41? So can these be done, and if so can someone please explain how? Any help with these would be greatly appriciated in helping ease my anticipation running up to the release of SHV.:)
