Daylight Savings time changed again!!

Over here in South Australia they have changed the daylight savings time, so now the setting in Win XP is no longer correct,:nope: it wouldn't bother me except that a satellite tracking program I use is dependent on this!!:oops:
Is there a way to manually change the daylight savings start and end time settings within Win XP?:hmmm:
