Simple way to edit speed of subs etc.

Hello - this is a bit of a long shot but I want to change the top speed and the range on my subs - is there a program that edits the files or do I have to edit the text files my self?

Use Silent Hunter 3editor and edit the boats *.sim file. Pretty sure it's that one, either way the file you need is in the UBoats main folder.
