[TEC] Chronograph at 2560x1600 deosn't appear Help Please

I have this problem. The same as explain in this threats

by Zantham. I follow all his thread’s and I think he found a solution to this problem.
Unfortunately he did not mention anywhere how to solve it.
I have tried to make some modification in menu_1024_768.ini file.
As explain in this topic, after modif made by Jhereg, conversion charts appears and can be drag. I have also tried to make some modification by my self. After this the chronograph appears but impossible to use it. It appears like a puzzle.
These make mi think that the button (shortcut X) work but the chronograph appear out of charts somewhere and can’t drag.

Can anyone help me with this file or another solution?

I use the last TMO 1.8 with a brand new installation SH4 1.5
No other mode is installed

according to that thread its a problem related to TMO so if you compare the chrono position settings found in the stock menu files with the chrono position settings found in the TMO menu files and change the TMO menu files to use the original position numbers used for the stock game and it should be fixed. AFAIK this shouldnt change or effect TMO in any way.

if its still not working after you do that, then you need to ask for help from ducimus
