A great friend of mine showed me this website and this website is truly amazing and I thought this community would love this website, where it may help any of you with modding greatly.

http://www.the-blueprints.com/blueprints/ships/

(Keep in mind, you must registry to get original size (the size of blueprint and color profile will grow into much larger size.)

But if this community have already seen this, then never mind what I said, but at least, its for just in case if any of you have not seen this before.

Thanks, I knew that site but unfortunately the japanese subs are drawings made from photos, and at a low resolution.

I find this site to be quite helpful. I don't know how accurate all the models are but they look pretty accurate to me. It seems easier for me to design ships by looking at actual pictures of them rather than blue prints.

that's how I work too, look at how I made the Narwhal's deck or the Narwhal's DG.

but blueprints, real ones that is like the I-14 blueprint, make for accuracy ...

Designing in 3D is like creating something at a 1/1 scale, all the measurements are the same as in RL,

the games' models are 1/10 scale but still at higher resolution than the one seen here above :

Tamya model scale 1/700 !
