Ports in Map In OMV712 Not Red

I was sailing back to home port after a patrol of Lisbon and then off the Strait of Gibraltar, I just noticed when I was off the south coast of Ireland 11th Jan 1940 that the Red ports of France had turned from Red to either Dark Blue or Black. A bit early for them to be turned from Red, also when I started to take a closer look some of the ports in the south of england had also turned from Red to Blue or Black.

One more , Belfast was Blue or Black when it should be Red too.
