Anyone else heard of this one?
I assume this is an indie. Kinda reminds me of Discoveries of the Deep, which I wish someone would make something like that again. Only better :O:
It's new to me, the site is in German, maybe you can shed some light for us English speaking folks :O:
Ah, by looking at this one screenshot on the news page I found a remarkeble similarity of the graphics style of our friend Sung!
The text confirmed it then:
Hallo everyone,
2005 everything began with the idea to develop a worth successor for the game "Schleichfahrt". Some things were programmed, years went by but private things, among other, prevented me from progressing...
IT CONTINUES! :) With Sung I found a very ambitious comrade-in-arms, who supports me with models and artistic and from time to time kick my butt. *gg*
Be assured it progresses again.!

This is a INDIE successor to the game Schleichfahrt (Archimedean Dynasty).

Schleichfahrt itself was the predecessor of the two Aquanox games, which never reached Schleichfahrt in gameplay and story.

Ah.... I see.
You know, I really really REALLY wish someone would make something like Discoveries of the Deep again. It was FUN.
Are there any games out there based on underwater exploration? :hmmm:
So is it a like a sci-fi adventure game underwater?? I'm still lost, I've never played any of those other games before either :O:

Yeah, it looks like you 'fly' around underwater shooting at other subs.
Discoveries of the deep, you had to roam around in your boat, looking for likely places that sunken ships might be, then lower your diving bell to go take a look. Awesome idea, but really really bad graphics. And there were only three sunken ships if I remember correctly.
Hi,
yes this is my project and still in work. ;) Actually it's not a real submarine simulation even though the physics shall become more realistic. But it plays in the dark future...
