Need advice on mods after long layoff

Hi there

I havent played SH3 for a good while now. Then I picked up this excellent book (http://www.amazon.com/Shadow-Divers-Adventure-Americans-Everything/dp/0375508589) the other day and its given me the bug again.

I see that GWX3.0 and OLD Gold have arrived now. So I will be installing those without a doubt.

If I show the list of mods I have currently installed could folks tell me if they will be compatible with GWX3.0 and OLC Gold so I know whether to reinstall? Also is there any other cool new mods I should look into? What happened to Thomsens ships mod did that ever work out?

Hi, I'm at work right now and I honestly don't know/recognise all the mods your making reference to.

Here's a starter for you:

GWX3.0 comes ready packed with a host of mods which are obviously compatable.

OLC environmental mod is included.

Community units are not compatable.

Torpedo Damage Final 2 and Lifeboats & debris v4 are good as is the Q Ship mod (the version for GWX3.0).

OLC Gold is an all-in-one mod which includes OLCE2, OLC GUI Special, and LRT - so if you use OLC Gold then you can remove all the OLC* mods from your list as well as the LRT mod.

And yup, there's a Thomsens Ships Mod, been discussed fairly recently, so you should find it easily if you scroll back through recent threads.

The dive angle stuff is built into GWX 3.0 now I believe.
