I'm a hard core SH3 player... and im wanting to give the Pacific a go... but i seem to recall the "stock" version of SH4 being unbearable.

what are my options for making SH4 all that it can be?

thanks in advance!

you can start with my GFO mod, its like having your own supermod because it gives you most of the possible fixes for the game but avoids changing the games style or difficulty so you add your own mods for difficulty and style to it and its "your" customized supermod to your taste.

after you get used to the game then you can decide if you want to try the other mods

I thought you didn't like supermods?

i dont like large mods that dont also release the individual parts of the mod as stand alone mods so everyone has the option to use just the parts they like in any way they want to combine them.

if you are forced to use a large mod just to have this or that modded element of the mod then it limits peoples choices and limited choices is what i am not in favor of.

i have always promoted stand alone versions of all mods and especially any fix or correction for realism to preserve everyones choices to be able to customize their own game without restrictions.
