Working link to DatTexExtract.zip tool?

does anyone have a working link to the chessmaster dat tool DatTexExtract.zip for extracting tgas from the .dat file? The link

but SH3ditor (http://sh4.skwas.net/downloads.aspx) is IMHO the better app to extract tga's from dat files, one can see a preview of the tga's before extracting them

Is the link working for anyone? I cannot download from it. I agree that SH3ditor is the better tool, but I do not want to install it on my machine here.
