GWX 3.0 Friendly Fire?

Hey Guys,

I've been playing career in gwx 3.0 and I think I just hit an extremely strange circumstance. After a patrol, I was returning to base and was a couple of nautical miles away from it, definitely in german territory. I was assaulted by a patrol boat. There was a german warship right next to me and it was not being attacked. I dove to periscope depth hoping this was just a mistake, however, the patrol craft kept attacking me. Is this a bug with some patrol craft? I think it was german because of our proximity to the base but I'm not 100% sure. Is there something I'm doing wrong like not flying a flag or reporting my position or something?

You must have been attacking neutral vessel before war started with that nation. So you are paying the prize now :P

As above....plus what was the date of the incident, because until the commencement of hostilities everything is neutral....fire on a neutral and every neutral country will deem you hostile for a 24 hour period.
