How can I edit this file ? I think I need a tool or something, right ? I understand in it I can modify in such way to have my chosen colors of the see and the way sky looks (in particulars times of day) and its effects.I need a little guidance and help.I don't know anything about modding but I would like to try and start with this.Thank you in advance.
