Looking for flag recognition mod

Awhile back there was a flag recognition mod and I think it was included in either RUB or one of the NYGM versions. There are so many different flags out there and it's difficult to tell who's who. After a long absence I've got GWX 3.0 up and running now and everything's getting sorted out. I'm slowly plugging in my favorite mods and would really like to add this one. Hopefully one of you guys can point me in the right direction.

Hopefully one of you guys can point me in the right direction.If you mean a "page" that you can pull down over your screen to see the flags and names of the countries and when or if they are friendly neutral or enemy, then it is already in GWX.

Go to the Periscope station and have a look in the top left corner of the screen. There is a corner of the page which if you drag with your mouse you can view.

If not this then I'm not sure what you are after.

That sounds familiar-I'll try it when I get into the game again later today, I know I read the GWX manual but I guess this one slipped by me
