fixes+new one degree bearing

1.fixed a fault of about 0,5 degree of Pato's image :

2 & 3. fixed an issue with the marks at bearing and aob dials (the players that are usual with the tdc will understand what i fixed)

and a new 'one degree bearing' for more closeness bearing readings:

its always a question where to put this kind of modifications. gameplay(as all of them involves the gameplay) or graphics.
