Hi sotd,
You can, but its not advisable, unless your confident with the setup, especially if you're using different Supermods.
You would have to use JSGME to load/unload any files into SH3Commander, it would be best to put a seperate JSGME into the SH3 Commander folder to do this. Then you would have to re-direct Cmdr to the SH3 path in Options each time you want to change SH3 and always remember to roll-back first or set it to auto. I don't know if you could have shortcuts with different extensions to get Commander to load the correct SH3 path. Also other considerations such as fatigue model, GWX uses a different one to NYGM, there's that many negative's with the idea that using a seperate cmdr for each installation is far the best and easiest way.

Of course, the easier way is just to install SH3Cmdr once and copy and paste it as many times as you want, in much the same way as you'd make multiple copies of SH3 itself.

Then, all you need do is run each SH3Cmdr installation and manually point it to the SH3 installation that you want to use it with (as explained in the User Guide). Create shortcuts on your desktop with meaningful names (ie "SH3Cmdr - GWX", "SH3Cmdr - NYGM" etc) and you're set; you'll have a copy of SH3Cmdr dedicated to each installation of SH3.

Putting each installations shortcuts into a seperate meaningful named folder on your Desktop then extract the icon from the supermods exe and use it for that folder gives you a good visual recognition and also keeps the desktop tidy and keeps each group together.
