The old 1.3 archive contains (replaced) scene.dat - TMO 1.7 credits LBO so maybe the scene.dat in TMO would be what you want? I don't know...

Is the Living breathing ocean mod included in something else somehow ? The official thread doesn't say anything precise about this other than "some of the author's earlier work already got included in patch 1.3".

It also states nothing about compatibility.

Hm ... I'm currently using the 'Real Enviroment 5.0'. Does it include similiar features as LBO ? The sea movement looks quite nicely but I'm not sure whether thats stock behaviour and this gets further improved by LBO or whether there's already something changed by RE5
