i use currently nygm patched and updated to the last version (3.2). i just started a complete new career but i noted that i can upgrade the sub (turret, electronics, and so on) from the first mission even if have no renown al all.
is it ok or made i something wrong?
in the vanilla i was able to upgrade only after enough renown was earned. i think that it was more realistic...
