.cfg reader and/or editor

Does anyone know of a .cfg reader/editor that will provide patrol logs in a .txt format, much like SH3COMMANDER does in in .html ??

Also I know you can open a .cfg with notepad I just want to get rid of all the uneeded code lines and have just the patrol log info.

If you open it with WordPad instead there will be no codes showing. I use it all the time.

It won't write to SH3 the way Commander does, but I think you can copy and paste it to Commander and then it will show up in the game.
