(WIP) Ships Acceleration Physics V0.2

This mod is to make ships acceleration and turning characteristics respond in a more realistic manner. The merchants and Japanese Destroyers are covered for this version of the mod.

This mod is a continuation of SWDW's work. It is compatible with 1.5 stock, RFB, and RFB+RSRD.

This mod is JSGME compliant also.

Please remember this a "Work in Progress"
