OLC problem

Hi,

I recently started using OLC's great GUI mod, but I have an issue. I don't use the weapons officer assistance which means that I have to identify the ships myself. The problem is now that I cannot scroll through the recognition manual while the game is paused. This is a major drawback since it can take quite a while before I have scrolled through all the ships added in GWX. Is there a way to bring back the old "feature" back?

I assume I have to mess with the menu.ini file, but much of its contents don't make much sense to me. Any input is appreciated ...
