can you 'beat' this ???
bye
This is not a stock issue with olce for me.
Check you have the latest version of olce and you are not using any mods that might conflict with it.

hello Letum,
i don't use olce2 for my game.i choose the shots from olce2 becuase the 'polygon effect' is more visible . (the shots are with only olce2 enabled.no conflicts)
in fact, this 'polygon effect' is happening with any environment mod you ever choose.
see the two shots.the first and the second are from olce2.both are from the same environment mod.at the first everything is ok .BUT at the second some value had changed and the reflection is messed. why ?
This is an SHIII Stock issue, I remember having this a looooong time ago. If I remember correctly, ALT+TABing is one reason why this happens.

Makman94 - you need buy new video card with more size memory. In 2nd screen I see polygons what find not enought video memory and not full use game features in part video features. If you would be place in game more textures you computer can release CTD total during game.

hello Dowly and Denis,
are you saying that you never experience now the 'polygon effect' ?
i don't think is hardware problem becuase i have seen all the combinations of weather without the reflection to be messed ,no matter how many textures are involving.i have a suspecion that is the rotation of the light that is causing this but i can't figure out where is hiding. (this have nothing to do with the memory size, neither the alt-tab)
maybe the experts (Anvart and Racerboy) can 'beat' this.

OLC made a new scene file that eliminated most of the polygon effects.
Here are all the things you'll need http://hosted.filefront.com/UberTorpedo/2352613. (http://hosted.filefront.com/UberTorpedo/2352613.:)

What mod you used? In my work with War Elite is effect was during game with small video memory. I repair it buying new more size video card. You video card not large for modern mods.
