Is there a mod that makes the german uboots sit deeper in the water?

S3D isn't for modelling, it's for adjusting values within SH3 and SH4. You don't have to draw anything, just experiment with changing things until it looks right to you.
But be warned: it's a lot of experimenting.

Ok, S3D, does it explain how in the program?Open the sub's .sim file using S3D (so that's Data\Submarine\Subname\Subname.sim).
Inside you'll find a "unit_Submarine"-controller. click it, and in the right window look under unit_Submarine---unit_Ship---obj_Hydro---Surfaced and now change the draught into any desired value:up:

oooooh, i get thirsty just by looking at it.... no, the germans made more than top of the line subs, they make good beers too. Cant wait for the munich beer festival..:rock:

yea....I've only drank it because A. It was there and B. I wanted to get snookered.

Beg your pardon but I must object! We have a thriving high quality beer industry that meets our needs very well. This is but one of hundreds available to the discerning beer consumer. I have not drank a crappy beer since high school and that was 3 decades ago.
