where are the dial arrows on the german side ?

I need to replace the depth arrow seen here :

I thought it was in the data\menu\gui\layout\indicators.dds

but when changed it doesn't show ingame...

When sniffing around in Sh3 .dat files with I also found textures of dials in some of them there. I think the dials you seek are in the submarine type-specific .dat files. But I don't know the Sh4 folder structure so I can't help further where exactly.

The path you mention looks like the 2d gui only.

If you look at the Jyunsen B thread I have now replaced all the background images for the speed and depth dials with Kanji ones, which, with the needle from the RL movie Gochin, makes me a happy sailor !:D
