SH4 JSGME Tool

I have a JSGME Tool that I use for DW, LWAMI provided it and I can work it fine.
I am trying to download and install TMO to my SH4 with the U-Boat mod.
I have tried to download files. But can't seem to do what ever I am suppose to do to put them in the SH4 JSGME.
While I am asking to download TMO, assuming I can ever figure out how to do it, do I start clear back at 152 and work up?
I had TMO before I went to the U-Boat mod, but I can't load it now. I have the loader in my SH4 file, but I can't get the TMO files into and move them to SH4. I know it looks like the one I use for DW.

step 1 - download the new jsgme 2.2.0 (http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/products-jsgme.html) and unzip it, place the exe file inside your "Silent Hunter 4 Wolves of the Pacific" folder and click on it to install it there

step 2 - download the tmo file for the last version they put out and any patches you might need

step 3 - open jsgme and drag the unzipped tmo folder into jsgme "available mods" window.

thats it, now select the mod to install by highlighting it and click on the arrow to move it into the game
