Changing definition settings

Hi Everyone,
I want to be able to change definition and remember there was a D/L for this, but can't find it. Can anyone please point me to it? Also,is there one for SH4 or does it need it? Changing settings in the Main.cfg of both games seems to have no effect.

In SH4 you can change through the Options\Video screen

The Windows Application Compatibility Toolkit is now version 5, but the version 4 instructions in the above page work the same with the new version.

You shouldn't need the compatibility toolkit.
